Check-In Policy Guests must check in between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. After this time, reservations will be considered a "no-show" and canceled. Late arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. are permitted only with prior written approval and are subject to a €35 cash fee per hour, payable upon check-in. Identification A valid ID is required at check-in. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 28. Quiet Hours To respect the comfort of the neighbors, we kindly ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. Cleanliness Please help us maintain cleanliness Behavior and Visitors Unauthorized visitors, disruptive behavior, or entering the property in a state of heavy intoxication will result in the loss of your €800 deposit. Bicycles Bringing bicycles into the property without prior authorization will incur a fee of €45 per bicycle. Security For your safety, a security camera is installed outside the main entrance for the security and peace of mind of all guests. On-Site Owner The property hostesses resides very close to the apartment and is available for assistance. Long-Term Stays This property can be reserved for long periods of time, even for several consecutive months, without any inconvenience.
